Sean visiting India

Sean has taken a week from his hectic schedule to make a trip to India and visit all the recipients of donations.
He will be accompanied by Jakob and of course Lars will also be there to facilitate the journey and all necessary arrangements.

This is not Sean's first visit to India but this time, with a new Indian government that is pro business and foreign investments, it allows Sean to explore various property and general investment opportunities whilst also catch up with his team.
Sean is scheduled to be in India the last week of July.

Look forward to keeping you all updated here with loads of photos and information.

Thank you very much everyone.

Thank you very much for contributing towards such a worthy cause.
Especially, a big thanks to Kathy Falso for your generous donation of $150.

Much appreciated and look forward to keeping you all updated with progress.

Our Mission

As you all know we are in the process of finalising some projects to assist with and support in India.
However, sometimes a request for help is so compelling that we need to drop everything and take up the call for immediate action.
This is such a time now... The cry for help came a few days ago and below is a transcript of the letter we received.
"P Sridhar, is office manager in our company, and his son (PVH Abhishek, 11 yrs old) is suffering from disease called GROSS DNS. Due to this condition, he is not able to breathe through his nose, as it is completely blocked, due to an increase in flesh inside his nostril.
He has to survive by breathing through his mouth, and the side effects are causing other medical disorders such as falling sick all the time, warm-tings, etc.

The Physician has recommended immediate surgery, to avoid further complications, which might be of serious proportions. The surgery and the medicines is costing him 50000 ($1100), and he would desperately need to get his son operated as soon as possible.
Once he has been operated, the recovery period would be between 10 to 15 days, and he would be able to lead a normal life from then on.

Please kindly help to over come this situation and it will be very highly appreciated.
Regards Pradeep"

Without hesitating Sean immediately pledged the full amount towards the boy's critical operation.
We will keenly follow the progress of this boy and hope he has a speedy recovery.

Sean, we are all very proud to be associated with such a compassionate person such as yourself, and you are not only changing people's lives financially but literally saving lives through your (and your team's) generosity.

From all of us here at The Property King Team, thank you so very much.

India Trip

It has been several months since the generous donations.
Sean has decided it is time we check on the entire team and see how the money is being spent.

Of course Sean would have loved to personally attend and be in India but then he would not be able to conduct his bootcamps and other valuable tasks, so he sent me instead.

I hope to be able to speak to you all at the bootcamp, directly from India with Pradeep.

Until then...

Happy investing.

Here is Pradeep's new home.

Firstly, thank you to everyone who has made enquiries as to the welfare of Pradeep and his family.
Your funds have made it possible for a new home and some essential household items.

 Entrance Hall.

Home Office (conveniently located, when Pradeep is too exhausted, he can just fall into bed)

 New TV

We raised enough money for a new fridge, and I have not seen a fridge like this before, amazing!

 Smiles all round :-)

King of the Castle... Pradeep, or as he shall be known from this day onwards, 'Smiley'.
